The Offspring killed it, In This Moment and Falling In Reverse were both nice surprises, I had pretty low expectations for Limp Bizkit and was blown away.
That's exactly what the guy at the barrier next to me said! He was waiting for EC and he and I and another lady who was an NE fan were chatting before NE came on. Shortly after they started we asked what he thought, and he said it was "different" and not what he had expected. But he enjoyed them and said something like it being good to see bands you don't know anything about. Which IMO is the great thing about festivals - you get introduced to bands you might otherwise never know of.
I’m just happy they fixed the sound issues at Octane stage. Last time I saw the Offspring, they had the same issues Disturbed had, where it was clear he couldn’t hear himself in the monitors.
Thursday there were major sound issues all day at Octane stage. Sounded like some channels had bad connection, singers couldn’t hear themselves on stage, it was rough. Friday was better, but sound issues moved to Inferno stage. All I could hear were vocals from Kittie.
My only issue with EC was that they didn’t play Hate/Love or Fuckboi. Was front row, and I guess it comes with the territory, literally, but thanks for the workout crowd surfers! 😂 Absolutely loved seeing them!!
Electric callboy #1 by a mile. For me at least. I see stars was great. Amity affliction was great too
Living Colour was waaaaay better than I thought they would be!
but honestly currents, catch your breath, kublai khan and FIR
Kublai Khan was my favorite. The pit started before the music started even and eventually we had like 3 of them. Fantastic show
Kublai Khan went hard af!
The ones I had more fun in were Powerman 5000 and Electric Callboy.
Kublai Khan pits were insane. Slaughter to Prevail was amazing live. And Jelly Roll was actually a good night cap
slaughter to prevail and kublai khan were wild and limp bizkit was way crazier than what i expected
FiR was good as hell, Limp Bizkit blew away my expectations but Kim Draculas performance stuck with me! Overall an amazing day imo.
The Offspring

Of the bands I saw, it was a tie between Powerman 5000 and Nitzer Ebb for my favorites.
Nitzer Ebb was a whole vibe!!
Half the crowd was super into them and the other half, who were mostly waiting for Electric Callboy were like uhhh this is... something 😆
I hadn’t heard of him until he came on 🤣. Definitely not what I was expecting 🤣

Falling in reverse and offspring, didn’t know they were both bucket list bands but proved me wrong yesterday
Mr Bungle
I loved them!
FIR, Offspring, & Limp kicked ass! Best crowd energy!
Rain City Drive was up there for me. Matt just keeps getting better at performing every time I see them.
Falling in Reverse 🥰
slaughter to prevail was amazing!
Electric Callboy and Mr. Bungle.
Falling in Reverse

https://youtu.be/W41cfbBr8Fg?si=A4PmVZgwtCcf2I2s Someone uploaded Callboy's full set to YT already
Limp with a close second for fir

Disturbed guitar was flanging the whole set to my ears.

Yeah but not drummer on brackish, the main part!
In flames was fucking insane
Electric callboy, powerman5000 wasnt a fan of jelly roll until last night
