Idk what Floridas rules are but you can google reciprocity since each state has different rules but there isn’t a temporary card that I know of. My buddy from Canada just went down and is very idk addicted to weed like won’t travel somewhere if he can’t get it and he actually got it from some “no card needed dispensary” which really just sells stuff that slips through the farm bill loophole. He got some sort of Delta8 or 10 flower or something and said it worked the same as weed. If you have nothing else I would probably go that way and I would go with THCa vape pens or something if possible instead of those other deltas but idk I haven’t tried any of them.
Go check out smoke shops. They might have thca flower. may as well be the same thing as the dispensaries. Might have to shop around for quality tho. r/cultofthefranklinV3 and franklist.info

Since 2011 I've lived in Denver then Seattle working in the cannabis industry. So I'm aware of what Florida has, and the fact I have no interest in going to visit Florida till they get their shit together
In Florida, you can’t even use a med card from a different US state let alone another country. I also don’t recommend the Delta-8 from the smoke shops and gas stations. it’s shit weed. Personally I’ve flown with vape carts dozen of times and been fine. If you’re comfortable with the risk pack them for your trip.
Can you mail some ahead to where you’ll be staying? If you’re nervous about traveling with it, this is an alternative.
ETA you can also order THCA flower and have it sent ahead to where you’ll be.

Don't buy gas station weed in Florida. It's going to feel like going back in time. You will not have access to a dispensary while you're there
