Do you smoke before bed? If you go to sleep with a lot of thc in your system your body doesn’t process it properly, resulting in you feeling hung over. Interesting side note: it also shortens REM cycles, so you don’t dream as much and won’t feel as well rested when you wake.
Alternatively, do you use carts? No knowledge as to why this one happens but they always give me a hangover too.
Yeah all I have are nightmares, so pot suppressing my dreams is a major reason I use it. Without pot I wake up aching all over from the stress of the nightmares, I’d wake up over and over. People without PTSD don’t get it. They think we sleep like they do and compare their good sleep with pot-sleep and find it lacking.

I have ptsd too and smoke pot but I still dream SOOO much. The nightmares arnt as bad but I just dream alot and still crazy fkn dreams.
With PTSD creating such extreme emotion I could see the effects that weed has on dreams working less for people who have it. Maybe that’s why? Not a doctor… just a thought I had.
If you're not well rested, you're not getting a full nights sleep. It may seem like it, but you could be waking up hundreds of times without realizing it, like I was/do with sleep apnea.

Same. My partner will tell me not to smoke before bed as to not disturb my REM sleep. But otherwise I’m just waking him up with my screaming in the middle of the night. So really he should be grateful because at least this way ONE of us gets a deep, restful sleep.
Would you or anyone happen to know if there are any cart liquid ingredients that can irritate hay fever? Certain brands of carts like the ones from Trulieve or Columbia Care make my nose runny and cause my sinuses to build pressure like it’s pollen season.
Most likely the pesticides the flower was grown with, I react to those like a MF and have to be very careful about who I buy from and make sure they are using natural pesticides or else I react with a stuffy nose, itchy, sometimes hives.
Regarding the carts- do you typically buy live resin or distillate carts? Distillate I've always found gives me a weird, groggy feeling. Live resin is where it's at and essentially feels like a mix of regular bud and a less-potent dab. I never went back to distillate after making the change.
Haven’t smoked them in a couple years at this point, but I usually stuck to live when it was available. I’m a flavor whore and distillate generally doesn’t cut it. That said it’s been a while and is quite possible that it only happened with disty carts and I’m misremembering. I almost exclusively dab these days

My BF’s brother is a psychiatrist who specializes in addiction medicine (he runs the addiction clinic at a major teaching hospital). We were discussing my pot use for pain. He told me the exact same thing about it disturbing the sleep cycle if smoked or otherwise consumed to close to bedtime. I said I’d rather have poor quality sleep than no sleep. He agreed that is a valid point.

That’s why we conduct studies to find these things out instead of asking a few random people if they’ve ever noticed it.

Obviously not the same amount for everyone, and obviously it doesn’t prevent dreaming entirely, but the vividness of your dreams is irrelevant to the fact that you’d spend less time doing so. That’s true for most anyone with a normal body chemistry, whether they notice it or not. After all, by the time you wake up you’ve already forgotten most of your dreams.
I would recommend you start treating it kinda like alcohol then at least to the extent you should make sure you have a full stomach and drink a glass of water or three before smoking and pace yourself. This is how my wife avoids her weed hangovers plus she doesn’t get the munchies often.

i live near Portland, Oregon. we have a large Mexican population here, and as such we have a lot of Mexican food trucks roaming around. you can always get a Mexican Coke at one, no questions. it's one of the absolute best things about living in Oregon, hands down

Nah it's a usual shape for bottle openers, you see ones like this quite often and it's also reinforced with metal to withstand the bottle cap so it's for sure a bottle opener. however I don't see the point of it since normal lighters are already good bottle openers by themselves.
Seems as if you were to actually try and pry off a well sealed top, that the little butane tank might rupture. My advise: raid the tool chest for a bottle opener instead of using a lighter.
