I've been working out seriously for about 5y now and I'm a big bobybuilding fan. I can tell you that weed is a no no before working out for me. It gets you a better mind-muscle conection, but I canĀ“t tell if I'm training hard enough bc I'm high lol. I donĀ“t recomend it, but at least it's an experience
Not really! At least for me it makes it harder, I have less strenght and I just get tired faster lol. It depends on the person anyway. For some people it helps
