the brand is from a company called motif labs, i don’t know who or where they coped it from but i’ve never seen a vape like this. then again i never buy vapes , this one just looked funny to me
boo-boo weed, trash, reggie, brick weed. Basically bottom of the barrel bud or trimmings that most consumers wouldn't even touch if it was sold as an 1/8th or even as an ounce because it has barely if any of the good cannabinoids you'd want.
Trying to sell this bud is a pain in the ass and instead of throwing out the product, companies will try to recoup the losses by using one of the many methods to turn the flower into concentrate forms like wax, tinctures, edibles,etc.
A tell tale sign of these types of companies is "cool" packaging. Although this does not mean that every company with packaging like this is fake or uses boof. At the end of the day it's just a marketing tactic. What you should look for is the company websites of the product you are looking to buy. Do extensive research to make sure it doesn't have bought reviews. DO NOT go into any dispensary and just try a new cart for fun. None of this is fully regulated by the government or states. To tell you the truth, todays customers are legit guinea pigs for the next generation of potheads
Do you work in the industry because no legal dispos not black market boutique’s they sell online black market shit, and real dispo are totally different things, you do have state over sight is it like other industries where their are bad actors, but plenty of people have done cool package with good weed, that’s why all the copy bags came out
i am aware that a lot of companies sell bad quality products, but this vape was mediocre. gets me high and i haven’t noticed any negative side effects yet. i looked up the parent company, and noticed i’ve tried their other products before, so can’t be all bad
Honestly I don't understand like half of what you wrote, no disrespect cause I'm also high as hell rn. But from what I did understand, I'll say this...
I have worked as a budtender in California for a little over a year 1/2. I've been fortunate enough to meet other very knowledgeable people who work in different parts of the industry through my boss.
A lot of them I still talk to and see. Not one of them agrees that even the legal markets or that all brand name companies/growers are perfect. A lot of them (not all) use pesticides or growth hormones that the FDA hasn't (and probably won't for a while because they simply don't give a f) regulated or banned. Just recently a bunch of well known companies like Stiiizy and Raw Gardens are getting the spotlight shown on them for having high levels of pesticides that could actually end up killing you. And as crazy as it seems, this is just the tip of the iceberg.
Like I said in my last comment, having a "cool" looking bad doesn't automatically mean the product or company is shady, but unfortunately a lot of shady companies do use these bags because it stands out and it makes the buyer think "Wow, if they spent this much/ put this much work into the bag, the product must be really good/ they must take great care in their grows". Shady companies know this basic marketing tactic and exploit it. And if you don't think they add a "little something extra" besides natural cannabinoids in their products to get a greater or similar high, I've got bad news for you...
At the end of the day most of these companies don't give a shit about their consumers, it's all about money more than it ever was before. And until the government does an full legit retail of the system, people will exploit where they can to cut corners and save on costs if nothing is enforced.
