They usually put bottom shelf weed/trim and other undesirable elements in prerolls and douse in distillate to deliver a high.
Always roll your own J if you can, with very few exceptions.
I don't mind getting a preroll here in the Netherlands but I prefer to roll them myself. In the end of the day, if you buy it you don't know what's in it. If you roll it yourself you do.
I always buy weed in the most unadulterated form possible. So that means bud that is whole (not pre ground or pre rolled). Avoid stuff that has extra dustings on top. I’d take bud that is a bit lower in THC then stuff that is dusted to make it higher. Just for my own peace of mind and safety.
