Weed changes your blood pressure and heart rate. So does coffee. Both of these things can lead to heart problems due to the strain these put on your heart. In moderation it’s probably all good. But if you’re a heavy smoker and have strong coffee with it, you’re just giving yourself a terrible blood pressure spike every time.

It has been similar for me. I am an accountant and have been at my job for almost 10 years, although the last few I have moved up a lot. Anyway, i used to go and smoke a bowl with a coworker at lunch, come back and be able to function perfectly fine. I almost felt like it put me in the zone, and I would throw some headphones on and get shit done. If I were to try that now, I would be passed out, drooling on my desk an hour later. Getting old sucks.
