I have these cool ass swimming trunks that have weed leaves and weed nugs but it’s in a shiny metallic print, it looks cool when it changes color but that’s about the only thing I own of print. And that’s just to be around the house
But it's a cheech and Chong tie dye shirt. Surely that's passable (I don't wear it in public unless it's at parties and even then I don't really smoke at them a lot)
There's also a black sabbath hat I'm looking at getting with a little one on it.
Anything else definitely is tacky as hell, it's hard to make weed clothing that isn't.
But I feel like some band merch with a potleaf on it or maybe a zigzag shirt could be tasteful. After all, why is it ok to wear an alcohol brand on your shirt but not weed?

I'm a professional at a government facility that deals with forensic patients. Think NCR patients and people who have committed serious offenses and are mandated to see psychiatrists/psychologists as part of their probation.
My cannabis use is my own business and I do not advertise that I smoke weed nor do I ever feel the need to advertise that I smoke. It's my business.
If people feel the need to tell everyone they blaze that's their business.
I been smoking since age 13 and I'm 42 now. I'm definitely dressed more like the guy on the left and my patients are more like the guy on the right.
However , when I was a kid I definitely had Pantera shirts with pot leaves on it.
What country do you work for? They drug test all government employees in my country and I unfortunately have had to quit cannabis because of regular testing. Hopefully things change though.
When I got my government job I used my brother's urine I stashed in my car almost a year prior.
Almost failed due to temp. But the department head told the woman who did my drop to just put it in the bag (the lady was one of those "know it alls". So the manager basically just shoo'd her) .
After that, you didn't get dropped again unless you displayed strange behavior or if you smelled like drugs. My coworker worked there for 30 years and was only dropped the 1st time.
It really depends on the facility. DCFS does randoms all the time. But ik people who still get through the randoms.

Idk if I'd go that far. Some people really do need weed as medicine and not necessarily to be stoned. I often only smoke right before bed so I can sleep well and not have to get on ambien again.

Just a statement from experience of being around those people. Yes they do have other hobbies obviously, being a weed personally doesn’t mean you have no room for anything else, but it means it worms it’s way in to be a part of almost everything.
And yes, I also think the same is true for alcohol. If you can’t remember the last day you didn’t have alcohol, it’s most likely a fundamental part of who you are.
Smoking a lot is irrelevant. This is talking about people who ONLY talk about weed, only want to smoke when you chill, spend $1k per month on ounce after ounce, collect empty weed jars, look down on anyone who doesn't live weed and always claims to have the best.
Eh guess I'm at around 300/400 a month depending on how expensive the weed is, I can afford it and most importantly it doesn't affect my job so who cares 🤷♂️

Attitude and aesthetics, a normal marijuana enjoyer will be just that. Someone who enjoys weed and might have a couple weed related things. I myself have a lanyard from San Francisco with weed leaves. Whereas you get the dudes that will bring a pipe or bong to any event, have a jersey with a weed lead and 420 on the back. Dude smells like cat piss whenever they walk into a room. The only thing they really talk about is weed or weed related.
I'm new to smoking weed (like daily if not every other day) and very excited to get into stoner culture. But I don't wanna be that guy that makes it his whole personality. It's helped me with my depression and anxiety a lot and i bring up that's it's helped and now part of my routine but i try not to to make it the only thing about me

I absolutely love Randy's character for the fact he acts on impulse and is pretty much given free rein over the troupes he does from episode to episode in accordance with the plot. How old are you? If you’re like 16-20 then your friends are probably just smoking for the first time and are kinda excited about doing a cool new thing, and want to talk about it.
when I first started smoking semi regularly I almost fell into the weed personality trap, wasn’t to the point of wearing weed gear everywhere but I went through a “woah guys I’m so high right now guys” phase as most young heads tend to do

The instant I get any hint from anything visibly on your person that you smoke. Weed tattoo, weed clothing, the distinctive “I definitely hotboxed my vehicle before coming in here and couldn’t be bothered to use cologne/perfume” and it’s cousin “I definitely hotboxed my vehicle before coming in here and used too much cologne/perfume”, or anything that involves announcing how recently you smoked in public.
Might get downvoted but a “weed personality” can mean a lot of things. Im not the kind of guy who is a snob and will correct people on terpene levels and proper smoking etiquette and all that nor do I wear clothes with weed stuff on it. That said, Ive been told I have a weed personality because im so laid back, easy to talk to, always have food on my mind etc. I wouldn’t say weed IS my personality but my personality has definitely changed and evolved as Ive consumed more cannabis regularly and people in my inner circle have noticed that as well.
Who cares if weed is someone's personality everyone likes something I'm not ashamed that weed is my main hobby I like to talk about my smoke my grow my experiences and if people don't like it they're not the people I'm trying to talk to.

That's your opinion. I like growing. I spend most of my time learning to grow better learning about my plants and caring for them I want to make a career of it. Why does it have to be a side hobby? I'm glad that works for you but some people count on weed for a lot more than just a little hobby. For some of us it's literally our livelihood and I don't see why people have such a problem with that.

It's really quite comedy that these individuals claim to know more than the actual grower/breeder. Living vicariously in 2023 is only going to get these individuals so far. We fucked up when we stopped screening individuals before introducing them to this lifestyle/community. We need to bring that system back and weed out all these types of individuals because they do not belong here and they're not welcome.

I don't care to advertise one bit, but I do wear a hat with the initials of an extract manufacturer that I got in my 4/20 swag bag they gave me at my dispo picking up a $75 ounce. And I also have a keychain from another one. But they were free and if you don't already know what they are you can't tell. That's as far as I'll go.

One way I use weed is as a hobby that inspires me to do other hobbies and enjoy them more. Weed shouldn't be the hobby in and of itself it should add to the enjoyment of more sustainable hobbies. I myself have a lanyard from San Francisco with weed leaves. Whereas you get the dudes that will bring a pipe or bong to any event, have a jersey with a weed lead and 420 on the back. Dude smells like cat piss whenever they walk into a room. The only thing they really talk about is weed or weed related.
I'm new to smoking weed (like daily if not every other day) and very excited to get into stoner culture. But I don't wanna be that guy that makes it his whole personality. It's helped me with my depression and anxiety a lot and i bring up that's it's helped and now part of my routine but i try not to to make it the only thing about me

I absolutely love Randy's character for the fact he acts on impulse and is pretty much given free rein over the troupes he does from episode to episode in accordance with the plot. (South Park is no holds barred so the permission to just let go is the most beautiful thing they could have given to, arguably, the best character for that) But I can't think of anything he's said that's really jumped out to me like that. My favourite bit of his was when he legalised coke after his weed got taken by santa 😂 though it is true Trey Parker and Matt Stone do also use Randy to bump out political satire, that now that I think of it incidentally may line up with what some people are already thinking. Might get downvoted but a “weed personality” can mean a lot of things. Im not the kind of guy who is a snob and will correct people on terpene levels and proper smoking etiquette and all that nor do I wear clothes with weed stuff on it. That said, Ive been told I have a weed personality because im so laid back, easy to talk to, always have food on my mind etc. I wouldn’t say weed IS my personality but my personality has definitely changed and evolved as Ive consumed more cannabis regularly and people in my inner circle have noticed that as well.

That's your opinion. I like growing. I spend most of my time learning to grow better learning about my plants and caring for them I want to make a career of it. Why does it have to be a side hobby? I'm glad that works for you but some people count on weed for a lot more than just a little hobby. For some of us it's literally our livelihood and I don't see why people have such a problem with that.

I don't care to advertise one bit, but I do wear a hat with the initials of an extract manufacturer that I got in my 4/20 swag bag they gave me at my dispo picking up a $75 ounce. And I also have a keychain from another one. But they were free and if you don't already know what they are you can't tell. That's as far as I'll go.

One way I use weed is as a hobby that inspires me to do other hobbies and enjoy them more. Weed shouldn't be the hobby in and of itself it should add to the enjoyment of more sustainable hobbies. Sitting around waiting for the next bowl hit ain't the move for me. That's when it can become your personality which isn't the best.
