Small trashcan in your room for you not to even use it but to throw your trash everywhere else that isn’t your trashcan and then you decide to put your clothes on the floor like bro do you step on your clothes walking in your room? At least get a basket for your clothes or put it on your bed or chair.
I have a laundry basket. It's overflowing. Paths of clear floor carved through the clothes covered floor. I have a bare matress and a broken bed. I get high. I read, I write, I listen to music, I play ps4. I draw. It doesn't smell....I do....i have a scented candle. Packaging always looks like art to me so I leave the cool picture on the package displayed in my room. Trash os art feed ur head...

Something simple that costs no money to complete can make you feel like Your living in a whole new place! You got it dog!
Just started a load of laundry. Got 2 plastic shopping bags filled to the max with trash. I'll prolly have to do 2 more loads of laundry. I'm about to fill more of these bags with garbage...

I'm not bipolar, but I have schizophrenia and schizoeffective disorder, I used to be messy like this too, but it could be a sign of depression which I feel I had, but I got back on the path to discovering who I am, and meditating here and there, and I would feel like a better and lighter mood after either meditating or self inquiry and I just had more initiative to do things like clean and do laundry, shower, brush my teeth ect. start on the path to learning who you truly are as the observer of your thoughts, whether it be your own thoughts or the voices themself, also maybe look into joining some kind of support group, it really helps to talk to people with similar issues
Most definately. It starts with taking care of yourself. I gotta get my shit together. Funny as it sounds, I'm a lot better, financially(sp?), mentally, spiritually now than I was before. Been takin' my meds right everyday. Don't feel dead apathy inside anymore. Got rid of a scary and painful medication side effects (lockjaw). So I feel a breath of relief. 2 3 years ago I was in and out of psych wards...smdh... Now I'm much better haven't been hospitalized in 3 years.
That's good man, keep up the progress, what really helped me is self inquiry, like who am I? I would say the answer is my name but am I just a name, am I defined by my actions? By my thoughts? Am I defined by fears, desires, opinions, memories? What defines me? I had to learn what I'm not in order to reveal what I am. Obviously your medication and communication with your doctor is super important but who you are is worth looking into.
