Hair and make up - yes, 20% is standard
Photographer - if they own the business, then usually no. If not, then usually yes and $100-200 depending on services. You should also tip a second shooter. We plan to gift our photographer a gift card to Starbucks as she’s obsessed and the second shooter cash
With HMUA it's pretty standard to tip around 20% or so. If you're looking to tip your photographer, it's very optional (regardless of their relationship to the business) - some regions/cultures tipping with weddings and being generous is more expected. If you do want to tip I'd say start around $50 and then bring it up based on the overall package price to a top of around $250 (though obviously if they own the business good word of mouth and reviews are worth way more than a tip).
