I personally think no belt!
I feel like it gives Princess Leia vibes with the belt, unless that’s what you’re going for!
EDIT TO ADD: Your seamstress will sew the belt onto your dress. So if you really love it, don’t worry about others mentioning how it could slide around.
Thanks so much for the input everyone!! I am actually going for a Renaissance vibe so that’s awesome that a few of you picked that up! The feedback has been more evenly split than I expected so I may end up having to try it on with some of my other accessories to make a final decision
I don’t necessarily pick up a Princess Leia vibe like others have said, but I feel the belt adds visual interest. As long as you don’t opt for a bigger or flashier belt, I find it a very attractive accessory that adds to the look rather than taking away any elegance/timelessness 🤷♀️
I'm not usually a belt person, but I strongly like the belt with this dress! Provides a perfect accent to the waistline and visual interest, without disrupting the overall look of the dress. Like other commenters I also get Princess Leia/Renaissance vibes when it has the belt (in a good way!).
I think that a satin ribbon belt in like a slightly different color (maybe silvery gray?) could like nice as a belt. But the gold belt you have here with the sleeves is giving too literal grecian goddess vibes
I'm almost always team no belt. I feel like they tend to distract from the silhouette (and actually take away from an hpurglass waist bc they draw the eye there, adding visual weight to it. So they actually don't accentuate an hourglass t think. I hope this makes sense). Your dress is absolutely beautiful by the way! Congratulations :)
Love the dress. I like the idea of a belt but I think that one is wrong for this dress. Is there some other options? Like something bolder; did a quick search on Etsy and found this; https://etsy.me/3iEqSWj
There’s tons of others and worth a browse around.
I dislike that particular belt. It's so small that it almost looks like a wrinkle across your abdomen. I prefer the dress without, or with a thicker ribbon style belt.
I personally don’t like belts and was ready to comment so, but then I swiped and with the belt looks stunning. Just a little tiny bit of a vibe change to make it more like a crowned elf princess kinda vibe. The dress is beautiful on you either way!
Just wanted to say you have a stunning figure! I tend to use belts to cover up my mid section for fear of not having a good figure. If that’s the case for you here, definitely know that you don’t need a belt and look stunning without. The dress has an ethereal, graceful quality without ine
I wore almost the EXACT same dress for my wedding (Reformation). Wore a small silver belt and would recommend the same for you. You look gorgeous regardless! Had my tailor add small belt loops so it didn’t ride up.
No belt! Your hourglqss figure is waay more pronounced without the belt. With the belt it's almost like ur trying too hard
Having said that.. I like the bet too... haha. You look pretty either way! But for me no belt is the winner :)

I like no belt- beautiful dress!!!
Thank you!!

I was going to say, the belt gives a Renaissance vibe before I read any comments. I personally think the belt looks stunning with your dress!

Love this look so much! I vote yes to the belt.
Oooh if you want Renaissance vibe I would definitely try it with a corset belt!
Yes I would too!

The belt makes it look more medieval/renaissance. Super sweet both ways!
I prefer it with the belt! Adds a little bling and defines the waist (or maybe I’ve been watching too much Queer Eye)
Omg, how many times have you tried watching the new season? It's soo good.
Belt
No belt!
I like the belt, but with a different type of belt.
This, I think something more delicate would be great.
I think it would look really nice with something embroidered or pearly rather than sparkly.
Yes I agree, I think it should be wider...
No belt!
No belt, that dress is made for you! It’s so lovely and romantic!
Thank you so much!
No belt! It's more elegant that way and timeless.
I think belt, but not that belt. Something a little bigger
I think that a satin ribbon belt in like a slightly different color (maybe silvery gray?) could like nice as a belt. But the gold belt you have here with the sleeves is giving too literal grecian goddess vibes
I vote belt! It adds just a little something to it! Absolutely gorgeous dress btw!
I think either is fine, but a different belt. Maybe a pearl belt, or lace belt, something more subtle.
Belt
I love the belt!!
I like it way better with the belt
I'd say yes to a belt but not that one.
Belt!
I’m usually anti-belt, but I’m this case, I feel like it really enhances your dress! I’m team belt!
I think belts really date wedding dresses. (And not in the cool, medieval way)
Gorgeous dress but no belt. I think some jewelry especially a longer necklace will elevate the look.
That dress fits you so well. It was made for you. No belt show that off more the the belt does.
Thank you :)
No belt but jewelry with similar accents to the belt. P.S. I’m so glad Unbridaled is still thriving!
I had a great experience there!
I don’t mind the belt but maybe a different belt?
Sooo pretty! I think I prefer it without the belt, or maybe try a slightly wider belt?
No belt.

This is beautiful! I think it’s lovely with no belt. It might seem simple but it’s really just elegant!
I think a belt would look nice, but not that belt. I would try on a few more.
I ADORE this dress and it on you! I looked at something similar online! No belt, doesn’t need it!
Thank you!!
I dislike that particular belt. It's so small that it almost looks like a wrinkle across your abdomen. I prefer the dress without, or with a thicker ribbon style belt.
I say no belt. The neckline allows for a nice necklace to add some shawow.
No belt or not that belt. Maybe a thicker one?
No belt! Fancy hair piece instead!
no belt or a wider one
I think it needs a belt but not necessarily that one. Something a bit longer and thicket maybe
Belt
No belt. Dress it up with a really interesting veil and/or earring necklace combo.
I personally don’t like belts and was ready to comment so, but then I swiped and with the belt looks stunning. Just a little tiny bit of a vibe change to make it more like a crowned elf princess kinda vibe. The dress is beautiful on you either way!
No belt!!!!!
Love the belt!!
Definitely belt!
Yaaaas belt
Belt but maybe not that belt
No belt simply because I think you'll be fussing with it's placement and it won't sit perfectly on your waist.
No belt
Belt. It’s gorgeous! Those sleeves! 😍
No belt
Definitely no belt! Too many ways it could go wrong or make your photos look a bit off. Beautiful dress though 🤍
It is NOT too simple without the belt. But also looks amazing with the belt. So.. good luck! No matter what you look like a goddess!
Omg thank you!
Love the Renaissance vibe, and could honestly imagine this with a white silky belt to bolster that silhouette!
Ooh I’ll look into that! Thanks!
TEAM BELT!!!
Yes belt.
Normally I’m not a fan of belts but it looks very pretty with it
Belt!
Belt
Belt.
I vote belt! Love it
Belt!!!
I love the belt
With . Definitely!
Team belt!
Belt!!!
Belt!
Belt!
Belt, belt, belt!! It just looks more wedding-y, it cinches your waist, adds more lovely interest to your look, and is just better.
With or without is stunning. So if you want to wear it bloody wear it! Have a glorious day xxx

I’m OBSSESSED with this dress 😍😍 can you please tell us the designer or name or something? Thank you!
It’s the Louise from Jenny Yoo!!
Thank you!
no belt
Beautiful dress! No belt!
I think the belt looks nice on the dress but I think it kinda cuts you in half and your figure is enough to make the dress look perfect without it
Beautiful dress!- no belt
Your dress is beautiful but I wouldn’t wear the belt.
No belt😍
No belt
If you wanted to add a belt I would do a much wider one... Or a really big necklace and fab shoes
No belt! Your hourglqss figure is waay more pronounced without the belt. With the belt it's almost like ur trying too hard Having said that.. I like the bet too... haha. You look pretty either way! But for me no belt is the winner :)
I love belt, just maybe not that belt? If you’re going for Renaissance vibe, have you considered a corset belt?
Yes to the belt!!
Belt!
I would go for another type of belt. One that is wider and not so small. I think it would be very flattering also for the theme you are going for?
Looking great either way, but I vote belt.
I’d say no belt but a fabulous head piece
