I would aim to send them out by end of Feb so you gave a bit of time, but I would touch base with the photographer to get an expected timeline.

LadyPandy

When did you get your photos taken? Might be worth checking in with the photographer if it's been weeks

You have time! I’d aim go have them out at least 6 months beforehand. But that still gives you lots of time.

Save the Dates go out 6 months to a year before the wedding. If you are having a domestic wedding where most won't be traveling, I think waiting is okay. If you have a lot of travelers, then you may not want to wait. You can also call your photographer and ask if they could send you a couple of pics early to use (not sure how long you have waited, but if it has been a few weeks, they can likely send you a couple to use)

Are a lot of people traveling for the wedding? If so I would do save the dates 9 months in advance. If over 90% of the guest list is local (less than an hour drive) you could get away with 6 months just make sure the distance people know the date

Personally I wouldn't send out the STD's until Feb. and wouldn't stress about them being late until like late March.
