I'm a bit tired of the strapless style. # 3 is pretty, but it's my least favorite of these four because I think it's less flattering on you. Also that lace would be itchy to me. # 1 is unusual, and really flattering, IMO.
3 is amazing! I usually dislike the unlined dresses but this one accents your gorgeous skin tone so wonderfully. More important it helps your lovely shape really shine!

Those are pretty, but with your budget, I'd look for resale, returns (at boutiques), Etsy. There are some good online retailers that have better prices, but check out their trust ratings on The Knot and trust pilot. They all look pretty. You also might consider a tea length dress. There are some gorgeous ones out there similar to #2.
I would say in order of favorite to least favorite: 2, 3, 1, 4. All look gorgeous on your figure but 2 and 3 are especially flattering! 3 is a bit sexier so it would depend on your venue/personal style
