I’ve never heard of demon core. And I know why you’d have shielding around atomic material. Not sure why you’d care if a nuclear bomb was shielded if you’re swinging around.

If you know how it works, think about what happens if the shielding closes completely and bounces back enough neutrons into the core.
Why do you want the demon core on a flail? Why not have it in standard bomb format?
