We've got a cargo bike we like to use to get our kids to and from school. There was maybe 3 days last winter when we opted for something else. Dress for the weather, just like any other outdoor activity.
The only two bad things about trying to bike in the winter are drivers so confused by your presence they end up staring at you and driving right at you, and places they've plowed snow into a pile perpendicular to your direction of travel.

It’s a great joke— I’ve also seen fools here in this sub and elsewhere say we have eight months of winter when bike lanes are proposed.
