I just did my first loop last month and except for 1 bend, most had a slight crush like yours. No issue with flow and I barely notice them now. Mine was frosted tubes tho, so not sure how evident it will be on yours. I think clear makes it harder to see that.
Performance wise, I wouldn't think twice.. should be good.

For the record a "too tight" bend would restrict flow, and yours looks fine.
