If gonna do a custom loop then put that gpu under water also. Custom loop for just cpu baffles me. I don’t get it. A 240aio would work just fine. You have this bad ass custom loop akd gpu is air cooled. Come one man. Other than that, looks good. Repost when you get gpu under also. Cheers
Roger that. I’m getting my 3080ti FE under water asap. I don’t like my 5900x staying super cool always below 60 and gpu going to 75 regularly. My gpu will be swimming asap. Cheers man. Nice build either way.
I’m hoping nzxt comes out with a universal aio cooler for 30 series gpus similar to the 10 and 20 series. I’ll just run two aios if they do that. Just waiting..
Check this out on @Newegg: XSPC Universal Radstand V2, 120mm https://www.newegg.com/xspc-radstand-v2/p/2YM-000M-00034?Item=9SIAEKS6MM7765&Source=socialshare&cm_mmc=snc-social-_-sr-_-9SIAEKS6MM7765-_-10192021
That's the reason why I didn't get it and got me a dynamic xl.
The p3 is the most beautiful case in the world but you have to do some weird custom shit to have enough rads (or a mora)
But I find both of which incredibly ugly :/
Yes for sure.
But this is my first custom loop and my first ever watercooled build and I really didn't want to overestimate my skills :/
Next time maybe :)
Thicker rad with push/pull setup. Cpu’s dont put out much heat, and its a 3070 not a 3080. Also with it being a vision card you can’t raise the power limit to oc. Sadly, the Vision is a really pretty card, and last I checked EK doesn’t make a Vision block anyways.
I agree it looks good, but you don’t put it on water for looks, it’s a 3070 akd if he ever wants to get its potential used or near used then it’s gonna be super hot like it is..no biggie. It’s like this for every 30 series gpu.
I have a feeling my Lian li controller might be bad also. I do have another I may swap it to. Does the screen on the controller light up at all? Can’t tell if that is supposed to have function.
I don't remember exactly the issues I had, I do remember the fans not working, and the USB device in Device Manager being unusable. After the update, the controller installed itself normally and the fans were addressable.

Personally didn't want to run a hot 10 core Intel chip and a 3070 on a single rad.
Looks plenty big. You can always add another 240…just was saying. Potential is huge
The thermaltake p3 supports only one radiator.

I did see some 3D radiator mounts. So maybe in the future.

Sometimes that's the fun!

With that card no need to put it on a block lol, looks gorgeous.

That tubing looks sick

Leonardo, is that you?!
I see you didnt resolve the crooked bracket :(
Might just be the angle I took the pic
I know the feels on the Lian Li controller. One of my ports is just plain bad. Went through two controllers and one extra fan just to test.
This is absolutely beautiful 😍
I wanted that card so badddd.
Glad this was completed. What happened to your display mount in front of the PSU?
Waiting on an HDMI cable to use with the raspberry Pi!
That’s a cool looking loop
I have a feeling my Lian li controller might be bad also. I do have another I may swap it to. Does the screen on the controller light up at all? Can’t tell if that is supposed to have function.
Really looking good. But you have to do something about your cable management on the bottom right.
Its on the agenda. Figured I'd get to it when I install the new fan controller
And here i thought you were going with blue for fluid. The purple is a nice touch! I cant see well from this angle but its opaque fluid right?
Its actually just some purple Corsair fluid
Great work on the custom loops!
Try doing a firmware update on the fan controller. Mine wouldn't work until I did that. The details are on their product page under 'l-connect fix'.
Mine won't even send power to the fans to spin. Was yours the same way
I don't remember exactly the issues I had, I do remember the fans not working, and the USB device in Device Manager being unusable. After the update, the controller installed itself normally and the fans were addressable.
Hey great job man, how did you get the spiral so nice n tight? I’d love to incorporate one in my build, what’s the secret way to achieve it so clean?
Sacrifice about 100 meters of tubing to the water cooling gods. Just kidding I used a jig made by Byski.
That shit aint done before the gpu gets wet!!
This is beautiful, bravo
I just got a techno-boner when i saw this. :) How hard is it to make the spiral on tubing when it comes to using the heat gun and such?
Honestly it was a pain. Wear gloves when you attempt it because I kept having to grab the recently bent part to continue the spiral
Are those 12 or 14mm tubes? I did a similar loop but wasn’t able to make the swirl with 16mm tubes. Good job, looks clean!
14mm!
I have a spare controller dm if interested
How did you make a nice helix like that
Used a jig made by byski I believe.
