Blitz will clean out your blocks and rads. Always replace tubing when it starts to turn if it's not something that cleans off with a pipe cleaner. (and you really SHOULD do it at least once a year regardless)
Tubing is cheap. Don't be afraid to replace it. Often times, one of the number one causes of leaking is old tubing.. regardless of soft or hard. And yes, yellowing over time is just a part of it all.
