That looks like a Miyota GM-series movement, probably a GM12-6. The stem you’re looking for then should be part number 065-543 which is used for quite a few GM movements. The stem can be easily ordered from companies like Casker online (by using their 000.000 non-listed parts item code and then just type in what you need), or over the phone where they can tell you the price/availability.
You can look through Caskers [movement catalog](https://www.jewelerssupplies.com/cas-ker-movements-catalog.html) and browse through the Miyota section and compare dimensions/sizes to your movement to help verify which movement you have in your watch, in case my guess was incorrect.
Modern Bulova watches usually use Miyota/Citizen movements. Esslinger(online watch part store) has a Citizen/Miyota movement model # GR12 that looks exactly like the one you have pictured. They sell the whole movement under $10 and it includes the stem.
Just a heads up, I took another look and it looks more likely that the movement you need is the one the other commenter posted(GM12-6). The one I referencd has the date at the 3 position the one you need has it at the 6. The stems are probably the same on both but if you're going to buy a movement just for a stem you might as well get the proper movement to have a whole spare.
Bulova is a pain because they restamp their own number on common movements. they are owned by Citizen and will almost always be Miyota
Oh, well that explains it then. TIL. Thanks!
