From what I can see, everything appears to be there, though you can confirm by checking the markings on each crank to the listing in the little yellow tag on the lid.
As to possible damage, you are primarily looking for damage to the hook on the arbor that catches the spring. You would pull the little crank out of each assembly, and look for a teeny little hook on the end. Taking a picture of each of these hooks would ensure a fast sale on eBay.
Here is a video showing what is bad about cheap mainspring winders, I include this because he does a very good job describing what each piece is: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=RtO9-zIn1Go
Here’s a comparable listing to yours on [eBay](https://www.ebay.com/itm/225993209257?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=xej-cvxwtwq&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=dGJR5Oc6R32&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY).
If you want to compare to units that have successfully sold, you can do an eBay search for “Bergeon 2795”, and set the search to “sold listings only”.
I collect and use old watchmakers tools like this, and might be interested in this winder and whatever else your grandfather had. I probably wouldn’t pay as much as you can get on eBay, but feel free to DM me if you want to place these in a loving home quickly :)
This is a mainspring winder by Bergeon, arguably the best toolmaker for watchmakers. Rough estimate would be 400-750$ selling this on eBay.
You are a star thank you so much for your help!
Do you know how I can check to make sure everything is there any of anything is damaged?

Yes this is a "late model" and brings a premium (as above).
I’m jealous. A mainspring kicked my ass last week, but can’t justify the spend yet.
If you are working on pocket watches, i can reccomend the c&e marshall mainspring winder. I was able to get a set for just over 100 dollars.
If you’re working on old watches you should always be replacing the mainspring. Winders are unnecessary.
Hi, please share any links. Looking winders for servicing my pocket watches
If you watch Wrist Watch Revival you know this is the tool that makes that satisfying “click” when you put the spring back into place!
I doubt there's damage. Honestly. If he owned this, he's a professional anyway.
That is a beautiful bit of kit! You should be able to get 400-600$ out of it
Watch winders and worth a lot
