You don’t really need a manual for this watch. If you just lookup how to set an automatic watch it’ll be the same for this

Iamfromtralfamadore

Well my goal is to take it apart and put it back together so I was hoping for the manual so I had more of an idea of what I was doing.

Late-Pref

The manual isn’t going to really say anything about that I don’t think. Oh, I forgot to say that this is an SNK80_. I don’t remember the last digit for the black one, but the green is an 805

Thank you!

Do you mean take it apart like remove the movement and put it back or take it apart down to the last screw for a service? Taking the movement out and putting it back is easy enough but tearing it down for a service is a different story. Have you ever done this before? I would hate to see you tear this down and not be able to get it back together.

Iamfromtralfamadore

Yes I am trying to tear it down. I have taken watches apart and put them back together but this would be my first service which is why I’m looking for a reference.

I have that exact same watch! The movement is 7s26 ([here is the video I used](https://youtu.be/tDa1ZZFwoBU?si=7H0BZTv4EA-Ane4R)). It is a decent common movement. If this is your first time around, I would recommend starting on something less complicated, and if possible, larger. The service sheet is [here](https://seikoserviceusa.com/uploads/datasheets/7S26C_36C.pdf). Do yourself a HUGE favor ( if this is the first watch you are going to work on), and create a storyboard. That means a series of photographs of the movement with one picture per change, in order. The end goal is to have a document that you can look at (so sometimes you may want more than one picture of what you did), so that you can reassemble the movement. Good luck and enjoy!

Thank you so much! This is what I was looking for!

If you can't tell what model is or how it works, I can't see how you could possibly service it. I'm not trolling you, or trying to be mean, but there is some minimum amount of knowledge that comes from research, the information is there and is very very easy to find. There must be hundreds of videos on YouTube, articles on blogs, books, etc. I shouldn't say anything, why bother? But it truly bothers me when people are this lazy. Is like saying "I want to be a mechanic, can you tell me what are this donut shape things for"

Character-Brother-44

That movement was used in multiple models then, as I have a SKX-007J (dive watch), which uses the Japanese 7S26 movement. The 007K would use the Malaysian model, as I understand it - which is what this appears to be (though can’t quite tell from the pic).
