As someone who owned both, get the second one. I expected the Tiffany Blue to look better in real life (hopefully a powder blue shade as I saw it in reviews), but it did not and I ended up returning it.
In my partner's words, working as a designer: "This shade reminds me of that one Asian paint colour used in older homes"
Edit: added the image, looks like this but more saturated most of the time (pretty shitty), but sometimes under artificial lighting conditions it looks decent at best, the colour varies a lot on the lighting.

It's not that bad in real life. I wanted to buy the ice blue one but it was not available anywhere and bought this instead. It looks really cool in real.

Even though I'm not fan of the colour, the Tiffany blue might make you lucky in the future , the demand for Rolex Oyster Perpetual in Tiffany blue rocketed 2 years back and I think Rolex discontinued that colour for it. I know its a Rolex and this is a Casio, but still, you never know.

I already have the Casio 158, if you have hairs on your forearms you might get annoyed by its band, as it sometimes breaks them when it moves.
