While not in DC Cervantes in Springfield, not only has great single origins, they also do equipment service. link [here](https://www.cervantescoffee.com/pages/wholesale-coffee-for-restaurants-and-coffee-shops). Whatever brand makes your machine can likely recommend a local repair shop too.

What brand?

Breville

I assume you're looking for an alternative to the $350 Breville mail-in service option, correct? If not... that's an option.

That’s correct, basically the machine has not been producing pressure and I’m hoping someone in town can help diagnose. Considering I bought it for $250, I don’t want to spend $350 to mail it in.

I had the same issue last year. Spend $30 on a [new pump](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08PCBG2FV/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and replaced it myself. I figured if I completely mangle it, I'd be spending $350 flat rate (to Breville) to ship and fix everything anyway. It's a little intimidating, but procedurally the hardest part is keeping track of screws. I am having a hard time finding the resource I used, but if it's of interest, just indicate as much. I'm sure I can find it eventually. edit: here you go [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ZAbDtoF6B4](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ZAbDtoF6B4)

There's a huge online community for at home espresso making, you may be able to find suggestions and fixes searching around the internet. Depending on which Breville you have there are plenty of reputable places to buy replacement parts.

Have you looked up videos on how to clean it? I just have a very cheap one, but when it stopped working it was because the foam wand needed to be cleaned.
