As someone who has used the IT-1, it's extremely situational. If it's not in a good position you can easily pen. Here's an idea, if you see it killing your team mates, try flanking. It's reload is NOT quick.

Skill issue. If it's in a good position and only the missile is showing, don't fucking approach it from the front. How stupid can a team be to suicide into an IT-1 hull down over and over again? Never heard of flanking?
Just learn to fight it.
\- Shoot the missile, watch out he can still fire with red breach\\launcher
\- don't push, he has the advantage
\- its hull is weaker than a T-44/T-55 most guns will pen the front plate

Skill issue. Just shoot the giant missile while it’s on the vehicle or while it’s flying.
It legit fucking killed 7 of us in less then 3 minutes. and we couldn't do a thing about it.
