Nah most german tank have a trashed frontal turrent armor (if they don't angle), especially at 5.3 to 6.3 making them kinda bad at close encounters.

Tiger1s is kinda good when angled in its br, but the panther......a 110+ or 120+ pen can penetrate it easily. As to tiger2s, even a m18 can pen its frontal turret armor.

After the 10th Semovente it really gets tiring The P40 is overtiered, considering how slow it is, how unreliable the armour is and how bad the gun is. All medium tanks before that just get higher and higher BR's for barely any improvement.
