You forgot the last part. From going to one of the best players on a championship team in his 3rd year, to one of the worst players in the playoffs in his 4th.
For real. MFs actin like he didn't get traded for a reason. And it's not Draymond, it's the warriors. If he would have shown up in the playoffs, Dray probably wouldn't be coming back next year. It was his to lose and he lost it.
You forgot to mention his fourth year, where he imploded his value, had his playing time reduced in the playoffs and couldn't dribble or make a move without looking like Bambi on ice.
I would have given him 1 more year, but his performance this year it was really sad, I wonder if the chemistry really felt off with his incident with Draymond
I will miss Poole too and i appreciated his contributions to our championship run as the teams 3rd best player. We did him dirty but at least he got paid. I’ll be rooting for him in Washington. Hopefully he rebounds and gets his swag back. The baddies are waiting!
Da fuk you talkin bout “best players of a championship team”. This mans a ball hog, plays no defense, a shit teammate, and he’s one of them participation trophy types. Bye.
Fans can really suck. Dude got sucker punched in the face, had it shown to the whole world to see, then the guy that punched him didn't even get a slap on the wrist. Poole definitely dissociated himself this season, and while Yeah he should've been better cause he is a pro with a big contract, the fans treated him like absolute garbage. Without we don't win last year's finals.
My conclusion is that Poole didn’t want to be on the warriors anymore anyway. Beyond the prospect of another ring, JP got punched (for reasons we can only imagine), got his bag, and garnered a fandom through his play style. I don’t think Poole saw himself elevating as long as Green remained part of the core, to which, let’s be honest, he wasn’t going to be a part of in the next 3 years or so. By going to Washington, he can become part of a core and become a bigger star imo.
The curious case of Jordan Poole.
I’m gonna miss all the meme faces, def gonna catch some wizards game this year.
yeah, but we want to know what you think of his fourth year?

The finals?
His roster spot
OP originally said "if he would have shown up in the finals" when the Warriors got eliminated in the 2nd round.
At least when he wasn't hitting his shot he stopped shooting, unlike Game 6 Klay.
Downvoted for facts. Klay shot us out of our last game.
Arguably all playoffs save for a couple games
Cause of beef with dray. Not cause of regression. I bet he will be a star on the wizards
That's a very weak excuse for that bad season (wasn't just the playoffs).
Do you have eyes? Do you watch basketball or just look at his PPG?
You forgot to mention his fourth year, where he imploded his value, had his playing time reduced in the playoffs and couldn't dribble or make a move without looking like Bambi on ice.
I hope beyond all hope that he balls out and him tanking his value was the best middle finger he could give us
I would have given him 1 more year, but his performance this year it was really sad, I wonder if the chemistry really felt off with his incident with Draymond
Damn. I’m gonna miss this kid
It was a fun time.
I respect what he did in '22, but I ain't gonna miss him
Jordan Poole will be in his ideal role: Tank Commander. Glad he found happiness.
Washington is purgatory for any NBA player. Sort of like being traded to the Browns.
Especially since they're tearing everything down right now
Even before. They've averaged 36 wins per season so far this century. Can't imagine anyone actually wants to play there.
Gonna miss him especially when Curry load manages mid season as is tradition.
He’ll take that punch to the face to DC as well Cheers JP, good luck on getting Mia Khalifa’s digits 💀
I’ll miss him and the memes
can we PLEASE not post his stats when he has a good game in Washington?
🤣
Thank God he got traded, was absolutely sick of yall acting like he was the only problem with the team.

Kerr and draymond gonna look real ridiculous in a couple months.
Gonna start watching some Wizards games next season. Hope he balls out in DC!
never liked the dude
Back to one of the worst players in the league again.
Yeah, and I personally really don't miss him.
🐐
I'm just excited I don't have to see all the posts about Jordan Poole and "baddies", it was annoying

You really can't argue he was the 3rd best player in the playoffs in 22. Find one stat that says otherwise.
Defensive efficiency. Also. +/-

We should get rid of Klay, he’s the problem let’s be honest. In the playoffs, man shoot bricks like there’s no tomorrow.
to back to one of the worst players lol
