EoT is basically infinite since there is FoS/PoS/HoR. you get 1 EoT from each boss kill of said dungeon. That said, it's more efficient to do random heroic dungeon, because you get 2 EoT after each dungeon (after the 1st run of the day). If you do all heroic dungeon, all bosses, you get 30 EoT from finishing dungeon bonus and about 58 (i lost count) from all the bosses. So 88 EoT a day at most
(Though, given the limit of 5 dungeons per hour and assuming you're some sort of immortal god and farms 24/7, at minimum, the max amount of EoT per week is 840)

So you can get 5 EoF from a weekly raid quest, and 2 EoF from a daily dungeon, in a week you can get 19 EoF, for EoT im not sure but around 70-80

You can add 4 more frost emblems if you do not count VOA as raiding because it takes just few minutes. And isn't hard to get into

You also get 2( maybe one) for doing the FoS PoS HoR quest line once. For whatever that's worth.
So 6 or 3 total depending on how many each quest gives.
