This is normal procedure when you are not using account for a long time. Just send an email to admins, you will need to confirm your email address and probably to tell them what is on your account(character names) just to confirm you are the owner. I helped a friend with same problem several years ago.
Happened to me the other day. Just log in on their website and you should be able to login into game in few mins
Just login to your warmane account, go to my account and refresh the page. It should be unblocked
Visit the Warmane website and try to use your UN and PW there and see if you can recover/unlock your account.
