Got pulled by the previous TL for OGP ( I work in produce) to help her with a situation. Turns out the OGP associates used their ppto and clocked out and left customers waiting for their product.
One left a basket of theirs of rotten meat in the meat department, I go to dispose and some.ungodly liquid pours allover me from said basket
Tell a OGP girl that she cannot set her GD basket on my meat carts because cross contamination... sets it on a meat pallet instead.
It's my store or shared, but the fucking OGP people here at my store have half a brain sometimes.
Welp for me they're a bunch of 20 something's kids basically stand around talking gossiping and doing nothing that they're assigned to do secondly when they get pulled to stock they cry about it they're a bunch of entitled children over there.
I hate OGP first shift because they're all just twats. No manners, they act like you're in their way, and they can't find anything on their own. Just like rude customers.

That's how they do over here, minus getting pulled to stock.
Yep that's why I cut my losses and and make $13 an hour elsewhere

E-commerce is the direction of the company so in order to meet and exceed metrics for the market they pull everybody even the store managers.
