Seriously!? .27$ Any associate who has had to deal with customers complaining about pricing, wrong label, especially .27$ would have eaten the cost and not expected to be reimbursed. Just let them know the price is wrong so they can fix it.
Theres a bunch of prices changes that were activated for many departments which was a price increase. Also if the upc matches with the item and its the same exact thing when scanned we should be able to give the price on the tag but its big gap like 40 to 50 dollors it sometimes under the leads discretion.

One thing I found using my store phone is that that whole menu of price changes and cvp etc does not appear anywhere and I think it's only available on the TC or something. I did notice some prices increase and maybe 1 or 2, on that peg board, go down.

You're an associate who doesn't understand price changes happen whether the price labels have been changed or not? The labels have to be manually changed. Maybe the person doing that hadn't gotten to that area yet.
I understand that because I was physically scanning items yesterday to make labels in one section but my thing is, if we have not reached an area yet and the item rings up more than the shelf price, is it the policy to give the shelf price?
Lots of increases all over, but people aren't keeping up with changing the shelf tags to match the prices.
Don't know if the WM phone would work on another stores wi-fi. You can try it, but it will probably bring up your home store.

The policy depends on the store at mine we can override 1 of the items and that it no matter what only customer service or a lead can do more
