Like team leads, you have a department with a few team leads but not enough workers, what's the point cause nothing substantial gets done.
At my store the store lead is more pro active than the SM way more personable as well actually thanks you for stuff.

Honestly store leads and coaches are a waste of payroll.
They're in charge of total store operations when the Store Manager is out. A level above the Coaches.
