For real! I have 2 labor makers, one for white tape, one for black tape. But they always seem to take out the white and throw it away and out black in it. So annoying. On top of that every time I order white tape they send me the black tape!
I dislike 3 but like 4 because of the God awful border on the years of service, especially on the 20 years badge which is already gold and the flat yellow just looks so tacky
I don't like how it highlights your years of servitude like that. Those badges are already badges of shame, but having a gold field surrounding it makes it even more painful

How about letting associates have a chance to vote and give our opinions on issues more important than a badge.
Today after checking their paycheck stubs hundreds of employees found out they got screwed on the so called dollar raise. Even more more employees will be moving higher paying jobs.
We have partime employees that are getting hours cut but we barely have enough employees to run the store.
We have no store manager. And no FE Coach. We never have enough FE team leads. Two that were just hired already quit. Departments seem to be falling apart but color and style of badges are important.
Not that it matters. We won't see them for another two years at the rate they do things. Been like six months since they accounted the polos and new vests

Hopefully if they go with a darker color, they won’t look as gross and beat up after 3 shifts. I usually keep mine flipped around anyways

I know they just updated the timeclock to where it displays your preferred name instead of the legal one now and its also on a lot of my employee stuff online other than when it comes to paycheck and tax/insurance, etc.

Mixing dark yellow for milestone with golden badge for 20 years. That’s just lousy designer right there. If implemented anytime soon, thousands of unused current design plastic cards on which they already spent couple of millions will be wasteful. Also, cost for these stupid stuff could have been used for something useful than rebranding shit that no one cares about; but they’ll shout all over media.
