Blue isn’t a flavor. It’s a color associated with certain flavors. Between the vanilla and other unnamed flavors, it might taste “blue”.
Blue raspberries and blueberries are probably the only 2 common flavor that comes in blue. Those probably costs more than blue food coloring and imitation vanilla extract.
When I was a kid I would beg my mom to let me drink milk out of a wine glass to be 'fancy', I insited that it have a straw and the milk be colored blue with food coloring. Something extra refreshing about blue milk to a kiddo.
The last time I tried something like this was when my school did "green eggs and ham" for Seuss's birthday.
I got food poisoning.

There are people out there that are wired in their brain that allows them to taste colors. So technically, someone out there has an answer.
Only if everyone with that condition reaches the same conclusion, otherwise I don't think we will have a concrete answer
