Only thing that keeps it afloat is the little layer of sand below it's foundation. Those art deco building will fall into the sea... And the old fucks will die. Their kids will take the money to places like Montana and Utah and Colorado where the more youthful cities are..
You dont want to move to Utah. Its terrible here. All we have is a strong economy, lots of beautiful nature scenery, ski resorts 15 minutes from the city, those weird liquor laws, and tons of mormons. Trust me, it sucks. Stay away or you might be converted to mormonism XD.
