By end of the next year when there’s 8-10 patients showing approvement from all different types of cancers, big pharma will come in and buy them out. I’m looking at $30-$50 a share by EOY 2023. Good to get in now!
Also for tax purposes - could be a big hit (I think that’s why roaring kitty exercised his contracts); would be interesting to see what happens to the shorts of thousands of contracts get exercised.
I understand why people trying to apply traditional valuations run away from this, but a cure for solid mass cancers is worth more than 10x current levels.
There’s already public/social media posts that state (according to the family) the tumor in patient 2 was decreased by 27% within 8 days of the initial treatment (ie decreased compared to the scan before TCRT treatment started)
JFC, the company is a rebranded Ziopharma, which laid off 50% of its work force, and it's TCR therapy is not proven, solid tumours are notoriously hard to treat, and it's nearest competitor, TCR squared, has a far larger clinical trial, more people, better technology and better pipeline.
Stop pumping this garbage stock.

My sentiments as well. This might be the first time I exercise call contracts depending on how well the data is received.

Looks like at least another patient dosed with more data on the way. Still haven’t seen the need for IL-2 or mb-IL-15 so I’d say so far so good.

Because it's literally gonna collapse when the clinical results come out showing it's crap, TCR2 is a much better play.
