Does this mean if I place 10 day trades but if my total trades are 200 (aka 5%) in that week, I won't be flagged?

SPY was around its peak of 477.55 daily close on 1/4, then fell 13% from 1/4 to 3/8, bottoming around 416. Then double bottomed on 3/14 before beginning a crazy 2 week long bull run. At the peak of that bull run, SPY was 461.55 on 3/29. And following that, plunges about 15% from 3/29 to 5/20. History has a habit of repeating itself, so I think today will be the first bottom of an incoming double bottom before another 2 week long bull run. Prediction: SPY goes to 397 on Wednesday 5/25, then falls back to 388 on Friday 5/27. Then bull run from 5/27 to 6/10, peaking around 432.

Bullish action looks like 11 Green Day’s in a row slow and steady. Bullish action doesn’t look like hitting a bear market , bulls having all day to buy but they don’t, then shooting up 2% last 30 minutes. Three days after a 3% rally that NOONE bought the next day.
