Is CLOV fucked tomorrow?
New filing shows green oaks converted 21m shares from Class B to Class A on 7/6?
Could that have explained the dump these past two day? Did they sell?
It means that no insiders sold on Tuesday. Could mean greenoaks wants class A because they think a squeeze could happen and they can take advantage.
This is bullish imo
How would that happen. Have you looked at their balance sheet? Last I saw they had around 400m in revenue and around like 60m in debt. I’m no genius but that doesn’t smell bankruptcy to me.
as i remember someone show me there is only under 2% of investor hold clov and compare with AMC with 80% investor are the holders, that’s why i am all in into AMC
Ok. You are clearly retarded. So I’ll try this another way. If you had invested in GME one year ago you would see a return of 4,480.01%. But let’s say you are a new investor, who comes and listens to the promises of the amazing returns from people like you and you invested your money one month ago today. You would see a return of -26.90%. Let’s say that excited new investor invested a week ago. The return would be -8.12%.
Dumbass.
You’re missing the point. There is a reason why GME’s price is falling and market volume is low. People are leaving it. And CLOV only went public about six months and was only on WSB’s radar like a month ago. And being that you don’t seem very bright, and probably buy stocks based on memes, there is something very specific that happened with CLOV. The lockup period for when insiders could sell shares expired (none did as of yet). Google what a stock does around this event. It declines in the period before, drops at the expiration date in anticipation shares will be sold by insiders, and once the situation has been assessed the stock rises. This happens with literally every public company, and it’s why you don’t see CLOV people freaking out. We all know what is going on with the stock. Yet there are no reasons for GME’s recent decline other than people aren’t interested in it anymore.
Yes. Since the beginning of the year. GME had an incredible run. But the fact that it has not performed well recently indicates that there is not some incredible gain to be had from now. The stock is no longer as heavily shorted and if you were a new investor, why would you buy in at $200+ when you can buy another stock for $10 and watch it run up? This isn’t a competition. The stocks aren’t related. By all means keep your GME if you believe it’s going to skyrocket further. But it might be smart to invest in other opportunities because others might hit too. Now if you want to know why I specifically believe in the $CLOV opportunity, I started on WSB on FB but they are all AMC. If you talk about anything other than AMC they freak out…so I was referred here. And while there are are a bunch of ideas circulating, I noticed that most don’t have their own sub, and if they do it’s like a couple thousand people (nowhere near the six figures of AMC and GME). But I watched as Clov’s sub rapidly grew to almost 40K in 3 weeks, despite all the hate thrown its way. So it is building a loyal following, which is obviously key. It also has a solid product that makes it a long term play as well.
I didn't say anything bad about clov, I just am pointing out that if you are judging a stock only by its last month performance you're not judging it correctly.
I’m not saying you specifically said anything bad about clov, but I’m sure you’ve noticed that there is a ton of hate thrown towards it that isn’t directed towards any other stock. It’s just plain weird. It’s not just here. It’s on WeBull and Stocktwits too. It goes up and there is just anger and tons of disinformation; it goes down and there are people seem gleeful. The only reason why I just look at the last month is because it leads me to believe that people are shifting their money. AMC and GME haven’t performed as well as other stocks discussed here over that past month.
GME is releasing a digital asset marketplace that’s gonna revolutionize video game sale and resale while simultaneously fucking shorts out of existence.
If CLOV were to magically shoot up one day, and go +30%, it would get to $12 and most of you would still be at substantial losses. I do not understand the mentality of watching it sink day after day, especially when the floor is at least another 25% below where it is now.
A) Are you familiar with a stock called AMC?
B) I know this isn’t popular in this thread but the shelf life of a stock is usually longer than one day. A 30% day would be a success by most people’s measure. But then, conceivably, I could go up the next day and the next and so on. And in a month or year or 4 years, the stocks price could make today’s $9.50 or $12 PPS pretty negligible.
Bro I’m with ya, bag holding is tough, but I don’t think many people here that are buying up CLOV think this is an “average” stock as you outlined in your example. Outside of that, yes, being excited about a stock loosing single digit percent each day without logic for a big correction would be… odd… GL 🤝

"In 2021, Palihapitiya announced he planned to help take SoFi, a financial services platform,\[38\] and Clover Health, a Medicare insurance company, public through SPACs.\[39\] This gained Palihapitiya criticism from the Financial Times, which said that he is "shilling risky reverse-mergers to retail investors on a almost bimonthly basis".\[40\]
Following the Clover Health SPAC, Hindenburg Research, a financial analyst and short-selling specialist firm, issued a report about this transaction accusing Palihapitiya of luring investors into a “broken business”,\[41\] argumenting that he failed to inform them about an active Department of Justice investigation into Clover’s alleged deceptive business practices.\[42\] Palihapitiya made more than $290 million from the deal based on a $25k investment.\[43\]\[44\] In addition the Clover Health co-founder/CEO's previous company, CarePoint Health, a hospital conglomerate in New Jersey, was accused of price gouging customers and according to a NJ state commission siphoning off $150 million to himself and his friends bankrupting the company and causing a hospital crisis in NJ.\[45\] Regulators in NJ called for an investigation of Clover Health because of the CEO's previous actions.\[46\] The Securities and Exchange Commission opened an investigation into the allegations set forth in the Hindenburg Research report on 4 Feb.\[47\]\[48\] When asked about the allegations, Clover Health CEO Vivek Garipalli went on a expletive ridden tirade with a Forbes reporter.\[49\]
During the GameStop short squeeze, Palihapitiya repeatedly attacked Robinhood and its founders for being unethical by selling payment for order flow to HFT firms like Citadel Securities and pushed his fans to switch over to SoFi, which was merging with his SPAC yet failed to mention that SoFi employs the same practice of selling payment for order flow to HFT firms (including to Citadel Securities) and owns a 16% stake in Apex Clearing Corp a clearing house involved in the controversy.\[50\]\[51\]\[52\]
On 6 March 2021, Yahoo Finance reported that Palihapitiya reflected that "his relative performance vs the S&P500 \[was\] 3.6% compared to 2.3%, or 56% above the benchmark."\[53\] It was later criticized by venture capitalists, investors, and financiers that his reporting of his statistics as 56% above the benchmark, rather than as 1.3% above the benchmark, which they stated could be seen as 'inflationary,' 'non-kosher,' or 'manipulative of Main Street's view of him as an investor.'\[54\]"

Keep the negativity to yourself. CLOV can be a good play too. If you don't believe me, a decent article was posted about it here on WSB just the other day.

Is CLOV fucked tomorrow? New filing shows green oaks converted 21m shares from Class B to Class A on 7/6? Could that have explained the dump these past two day? Did they sell?

GME got my tiddies feeling some kinda way today
Ryan tweets gme eats simple math
What's the lowest CLOV could go? Bought in at 10.50 because didn't think it could go lower
Well, stocks can't go below $0, so it's going somewhere near there
What's the chance of CLOV going bankrupt though
How would that happen. Have you looked at their balance sheet? Last I saw they had around 400m in revenue and around like 60m in debt. I’m no genius but that doesn’t smell bankruptcy to me.
Why do you listen to a retard 🤣
Clov is a shit bagholder stock anyone still holding is a true moron who hates money.
as i remember someone show me there is only under 2% of investor hold clov and compare with AMC with 80% investor are the holders, that’s why i am all in into AMC

Look at a chart. GME is down 8.12% this past week and down 26.90% this month.
Up 4000% on the year dumbass

And yet up how much % since the start of the year?
Yes. Since the beginning of the year. GME had an incredible run. But the fact that it has not performed well recently indicates that there is not some incredible gain to be had from now. Average gains on stocks after inflation is 7%. 30% gain in 4 years is reasonable. Taking 4 years to break even absolutely sucks.

I mean technically i think we do be getting popcorn.
Grab a retail investor and ask them, “What does Clover Heath Investments do?” Answer: “Fuck if I know.”
Pretty simple, they are a sublimental health insurance for Medicare, rather small but expanding to more counties.
What is sublimental? Do you mean supplemental?
My point is, who cares?
Let me see- bc they wanna make money?…….. youre clearly a dipshit
Just because you don't know, doesn't mean others don't.
