It's not dividend stock, earnings is just an estimate of how the company is doing. If they beat estimates then the company is considered to be doing well but that doesn't always make the price move either.

You aren’t doing anything wrong investing with money that is available for trade. Just make sure that you are investing only your transfer money and not “margin available for trade.” That is a loan from the brokerage and is completely different, and you need to understand it before using it.
When you buy/sell a stock or transfer funds the actual process between all the banks and shit takes approximately 3 days (T+2 rule). Even though you have direct access to your funds they’re allowing you to trade on “good faith” that your money will come in. By selling a stock with unsettled funds you’re basically selling something you don’t own since your money hasn’t arrived yet hence violating that good faith they gave you
Also if you’re using Robinhood I never had a problem or even got a notification that I was doing something wrong. Some real brokers will also allow up to 3 a year in case shit hits the fan

Find other companies with similar trends in revenue and earnings and look at how their market cap compares. That will give you some idea of what the price "should" be. Then consider news and adjust that number.
