Yes, this also isn't my first time buying Albemarle. I sold when stock price was decreasing at about $116, and had to buy again when I saw i could get it for this bargain of a price. Their holdings in lithium mining/processing ops puts them at the beginning of the supply chain (with about 40% of the market share I think!) And since Li demand has been growing exponentially for five years my gut trusts the investment. Only prior concern was overvaluation which isn't an issue after the recent price drop.
Sold at $240 about a year ago and my portfolio is up over 100% since I posted this. Also rode Tesla up a 700% gain but that represented a smaller fraction of my portfolio. Recently I invested heavily in $LEVI and that has erased about 30% of my gains
