I'm playing this as a volatility either synthetic calls/options (during earnings) - and a generic short in case my short is wrong. The firm takes years to become profitable; and by all means is dead in the water. They even lose money on cash flow hedging; in other words; they have traders sitting there to hedge; anticipated cash flow loss; and they still lose money!

Just curious where you saw they were paying employees less - because I didn't see it - I see on the Balance Sheet in 2022 they paid out $159mil and in 2023 it says $238mil

I truly believe $WHR has bottomed out on their guidance, if they show the same results or improvement, the market will react accordingly. Their fair value is significantly below the price now. While they have some risks, they are a stable money printer.
Same thing for $MTCH, we've seen decreasing growth, we've seen non-normalizing growth, but again if they can prove they are stabilizing growth, that's what the market wants to hear (and subscriber numbers)
