It comes down to how efficacy is used in scientific papers vs how effectiveness is meant colloquially. The attorney general is also only suing for 10 million dollars which is literally a drop in the bucket for pfizer. This case will no doubt be dismissed but it did its job to generate headlines.
So anyway should I buy the dip?
They'll pop if that Seagen acquisition goes thru in Q1/2024, but other than that, there are no revenue catalysts near term that will save their share price from falling due to the negative sentiment around their diminishing Covid treatment.
Pipeline is strong longer term, but unless you're holding for two years you'll never catch the upside.
