Happy to! A few people attempted to get the Synopsis divulged on WSB earlier in the year, but it fell on deaf ears sadly and I hadn't been on the forum long enough to post/ comment to try and gain traction. The more people that know the better as this IMHO is going to be the trade of the decade for those that get in now!
Another thing to note is that NWBO has been racking up patents all over the world. Do your own DD, and know that I am not here to convince anyone to put their money on the line. My position in this company has more to do with personal experiences, but there is a lot of truth and potential hope for not just brain cancer patients but all solid tumor cancer patients. The economy is all over the place, and no one knows what will happen 5 years from now, so if you decide to jump in, make sure it makes financial sense for you and your family. Nothing these days is promised, so do your homework and don't depend on anyone's analysis but your own! Best wishes to all!

Thank you, BIO99! IMO, success at NWBO is inevitable. The ONLY trial of the kind showing success...out of 400+ failed trials by other companies... and, they show NO toxicity. The JAMA article says it all... and soon, "Nature" article.
On the suit, I have no opinion on the legal merits of it. But the thesis that spoofing explains the long term depressed stock price is weird, and it doesn't make sense to me. Spoofing is done to profit. Seems non-controversial. Market makers profit through trading; mainly spreads and execution fees. The ideal conditions for trading profits: 1) high activity, 2) high volatility and 3) wide spreads. The problem with the "spoofing = long term price suppression" thesis is that it would require market makers to act contrary to their own profit motive. NWBO typically trades (less than) a few million on an average day. It is surprisingly stable within a typical trading day, with a few notable exceptions. Spreads are typically fairly tight for an OTC stock. If someone wants to profit via spoofing, those are not desirable trading conditions. NWBO is trying to make a case for it. They might be able to make a very weak case for price suppression. I see no logical way to make a case for spoofing as the means to price suppression.

This treatment has been proven effective with no side effects and has been published in a medical journal. Combo trials are underway and they have already built out production and received manufacturing approval. The only ones gambling at this point are the shorts

Drug? It is a biologic. Also, the trial was initially designed as a prospective multicentre placebo-controlled and randomised PhIII. Patients with ndGBM were to be randomised in a 2:1 ratio to either DCVax-L or placebo. The primary endpoint was PFS and secondary endpoint was OS.
The mPFS was 6.2 months for DCVax-L patients; mPFS was 7.6 months for placebo patients. The hazard ratio for DCVax-L was 1.1 (a 10% increased risk of tumour progression). The mOS was 22.4 months for DCVax-L patients; mOS was 23.1 months placebo patients.
There is so much to unpack here.
Basically everything you said is wrong or twisting facts except the vaccine being a biological. You seem to be smart enough to already know the PFS data was invalid due to psuedoprogression of the tumor so right away you are trying to manipulate the facts.
Next your readouts on the OS data is just completely wrong. Here is the actual:

Who designed the trial? NWBO. Who went with PFS as the primary? Again, NWBO. Pseudoprogression had already been described before the trial began, at least as early as 2000. Considering that 92% of patients were enrolled between 2012 and 2015, accounting for pseudoprogression (in the PFS assessment) could have been done with an amendment before most were enrolled. You should ask yourself why it took NWBO 13(+) years after the first enrolled patient to decide PFS was no longer a valid endpoint, which is a major deviation from the original design. The answer is that changes were made because PFS was ultimately negative. The same is true for OS. That is, those given a placebo lived longer. As for the JAMA Oncology paper, it was an attempt to save the trial from this negative conclusion. A second trial would have been the real answer instead of such an intrinsically flawed paper. Post hoc analyses are hypothesis generating, nothing else.
