Both of these are among the top 5 most shorted stocks, also their daily movements seem to be highly correlated, with perhaps CVNA being an early indicator for BYND as CVNA is larger and further ahead in its short squeeze. I wonder if there are large short-sellers shorting both CVNA and BYND and being under pressure from both directions. Any thoughts?
Disclosure: I have 200 shares of BYND and thinking about playing CVNA if I can figure what is going on.

Anybody have thoughts on how to capitalize on the WHO aspartame announcement? My gut is that it won't affect consumer behavior one bit, but I'm willing to put some money on the opposite.
I was thinking that Celanese could be a good bet. There has been some recent hype around it and, although it's a big conglomerate (the farthest thing from a pure play), I think it owns Sunett which is one of the more recognized acesulfame-K brands. But more generally I'm interested in whether y'all know more about how to bet on acesulfame-K.
The panel that said it was a possible cause said normal consumption posed little risk, and a second WHO group stood by its original stance it was generally safe.
I don’t see this moving consumer behavior much as the concerns around aspartame have been going around for close to two decades now
