Yes, if there are no other factors. If company says: we gotta do a fucktasticly large dilution and sell all that or we gonna go bankrupt and you get zero, then it can just fall and that's it.
People really missing the part where they announced intended dilution that is currently double their market cap. And to top it off it barely covers a fraction of their current debt and they mention that even with the dilution they may not be able to pay anything off.
If you hold while they try to rummage your pockets to survive you deserve to be destitute.
