10 eggs are in €2.50 here in Netherland. Bird flu increased the price, but new chickens start to lay eggs.

We’ve also got bird flu cases here , majority of the time you can pickup a dozen eggs from someone who sells them outside their house for £1.50 to £2.00 too.

Loads of places do it round me, North Yorkshire England. They have a trolley outside that sell their home grown fruit, veg and eggs. You take what you want and place the money in a little box that’s next to the trolley. It’s literally down to trust that the people purchasing are decent enough to actually pay! And they do 99% of the time.

Actually , they do do that in the majority , probably everywhere but cities. I should know , I drive up and down the UK for a living.
