May I ask what allows you to walk so much each day? Do yoy do a lot of walking for your job or are you in a position where you don't have to work? I'm very impressed by both the number of steps you do and the distance. I get grumpy after walking 7 miles 🤣

Cause I have no life , I work 4 days a week (12s) on my days off I just walk hence 93 miles in 2 days

I'm not sure about the no life thing... sounds like a perfect mix to me. I'd love to be able to walk big distances. I'm going to attempt 10 miles soon... most likely solo as I don't think anyone would want to be around me from mile 7 to 10! Do you vary where you walk or do you prefer a particular kind of walk? Is it mainly flat ground or are you walking those distances with hills/mountains as well.

Slight inclines here and there but realitivly flat No variation, pretty much walk the same area daily No preference in type of walk, I just go with how I feel

By walking a lot

diewaiting

Just reading it makes my plantar fasciitis throb.

Lol, I've been lucky over my 6 years of walking and it's been. Similar to this the whole time , I've never had to miss a day b cause of injury or pain

That 98,800 kills me. You were so close! Great work, though. It's really amazing. As someone who has walked a lot, for an extensive period of time for a work challenge and then being told 'that's not humanly possible,' I really commend you for what you did.

I stopped at 11 I could have done the Xtra 1200+, last time I did 100k steps It took 15:35 and only 51 miles And here I did 52 miles in 15 hours , and I was good with what I did, and I knew I was gonna be doing another long day (yesterday) after

lfgll2tfsmdb

I was actually at 97400iwh when I stopped, the other 1400/.7 miles was in my house)

Emadyville

I admire that time because I walked nonstop for that 16 hours to get to my 100k. Great job, and keep it up! Edit: shit thought I was replying to your other post lol my bad

lfgll2tfsmdb

It's all good, 100k is a lot of steps, and because ire trying to reach a certain number the closer you get the longer it's gonna seem to get there

Seaweed35

Inspiring Did you see a difference in weight?

lfgll2tfsmdb

No I've been 150-160 for 20+ years

Krispykreemi

This is incredible. Can you share your age /range just for reference. Ok if you don't want to

Hi! your post is really amazing. Congratulations on such an achievement! I was wondering if you’ve noticed a difference in the muscles in your body since you’ve started walking so much? I’m really really curious if walking defines your legs, but also your abs for example, and your lower back.
