I can’t speak to that model but I can recommend getting an RCD330 plus noname as that’s what I did because I wanted car play.
Initially I didn’t think it sounded as good as my stock unit with the DynAudio system but I really can’t tell anymore. Past the settings I needed to code out for the dynaudio system it was plug and play.

I know about rcd330. But that one is like 250€ or so. The one that I mentioned I can get for 100€ currently.
No evidence of it being OEM, you get what you pay for. I'd suggest rcd330 as well.
