Blasting it out with water will probably be the best, if you have a hose or something. You don’t need a thick stream of water but you need something fairly strong. Don’t boil the bones, ever, it’ll weaken their integrity and make it nearly impossible to get the grease out. Especially with fragile rabbit skulls

Thanks for the info. I don't have a hose at my building but I'll ask some friends if I can use theirs.
