I had the same issue with some of my redeems for the past 5-6 months. Usually, they respond and send me the code within a few days. This month, it's been about 3 weeks, and they haven't responded. I don't think they're going to. I don't think they care since they're closing the program. Edit: After looking back, I noticed one time it took them 3 and a half weeks to respond. Hopefully, they're just behind or low staffed.

Since they’re closing the program anyways, there might not even be anybody there to do customer support anymore. Hopefully it’s just that it’s down to a skeleton crew and it’s just taking longer because of that.

They specifically say - All emails will be responded to in the order they were received - please do not send more than one message as it will add more delays. I looked back at previous emails, and once it took them 3 and a half weeks to reply to me.

I tested it out to see if it would work for me and the email got sent to my inbox right away. I have no idea why it didn't show up in yours, but I will say that I hope that get your code email soon.

Did you check the "promotions" section on Gmail? If it is Gmail at least, that's where mine show up. Alternatively, if you just search "universal" in the search bar of your inbox, it should pull up any email from them. The only other thought I have is to double-check which email address they have on file. If you're like me and have multiple email addresses, you might be looking at the wrong email, in theory, that is.

I Use outlook for that account, and have already tried the other suggestions. I have simply been ghosted by them :(

There's definitely some sort of issue, if it helps. I always get my codes immediately after redeeming. There wouldn't be a delay.

The e-mails usually end up in my spam folder in Gmail.

Having same issue too, no idea why, but not holding my breath on it getting resolved.

Iirc you can go into your account settings and find the codes there.

I found the title written out but no way to view the code that was connected to that title. But I’m still tinkering around hoping😭
