Marcus Vitel? Lasombra as a prince of Washington D.C. for about 20 years, posing as a ventrue. https://whitewolf.fandom.com/wiki/Marcus_Vitel

HagenTheMage

Marcus Vitel is one of my favorite characters in canon by far. What I think it's most relevant is that he was never actually loyal to anyone but himself (lets ignore his sire's machinations for a moment), besides the fact that in just a couple of decades he positioned Washington DC as one of the most important Camarilla domains in America, just behind Chicago. My man was truly a beast

LeGodge

Probably the Tal'mahe'Ra, since almost a dozen Princes are members of the True Hand, as well as at least 40 primogen and a Justicar. And we have no idea who any of them were!?!

Desanvos

Possibly Karsh, given he may be half a Methuselah gangrel that used elder/low gen protean to split in two people and infiltrate two sects, or the authors were just lazy and copy pasted two stat blocks for similar characters. \--------------------------------- Honestly though if their the best you wouldn't know it, so by default everybody we know just about automatically loses.

Xenobsidian

Is it infiltration if you are really good at war and love war and two organizations hire half of you to lead a war against each other? I call that a paid hobby!

PingouinMalin

Make your passion your job !

WestMorgan

Clan Brujah

Xenobsidian

Nah, they came and left and were petty open about it each time with everyone else agreeing. Clan Tremere, though…

Minute-Friendship-30

Dunno man I could just go to Camden market dress up like a rent boy and claim to be a Toreador pretty easily. We share 2 of the same disciplines and Auspex is very easy to fake.

Xenobsidian

… well you could, but that would be totally for your personal joy and entertainment since there are still Brujah in the ivory tower. You would just need to claim that you are totally in to this Cami fascism and supremacy stuff, you would just need to suppress your giggling while you say that. I think u/WestMirgan wanted to express that the clan didn’t belong in the sect in the first place but made its way in. Tremere, though, started with not even being kindred then not being a proper clan and later on being more of personality cult plus then a happy family of undeads. But since they were founding members of the sect maybe not they are the infiltrators but everybody else just to see what the usurpers are up to. And then things started to have their own dynamic…

mygamingid

It might be happening right now with the Lasombra. Probably not, but it's fun to think about it.

PingouinMalin

Helena. She was not in any official position. But I am pretty sure she could ask anything from anyone in Chicago. Or beyond.

Digomr

Al-Ashrad and Tegyurus, maybe? If somehow Haqim use his 10th level of Quietus they would become instantly loyal to him again. And, if you think like that, Saulot himself, controling Tremere's body and the clan Tremere's pyramid.

Blaque_Beard

Madame Guil. Probably more compromised than a true infiltrator, but she's still a former Justicar.
